Building a better life since 2000

Rooted in civil engineering. Built on quality, reliability and professional service in coastal Karnataka.

Our story

From Shree Devi Constructions to Shree Developers

Founded by Mr. Girish M. Shetty Kateel in 2000, our journey began at the grassroots of civil engineering under the name Shree Devi Constructions. Consistent quality in construction and disciplined professional service helped us earn recognition and trust across the coastal region.

Over the years, the firm evolved into Shree Developers, a full-fledged real estate and construction company based in Mangaluru. Today, our work continues to reflect a commitment to quality, reliability and modern living.
